摘　　要：针对不法分子损公肥私的窃电行为,结合用电信息采集系统发展现状,提出了一种新型防窃电装置,给出了软硬件设计方案,并从原理、实现方法等方面对其进行了分析和阐述。实例验证,该装置实现了实时在线准确判断用户窃电行为,同时也为电力稽查人员处理窃电嫌疑人提供了有利依据。Aiming at electricity stealing, this paper proposes a new anti - stealing device on the basis of the current development of power consumption information acquisition system, introduces the design of software and hardware, and analyzes and expounds its principle and implementation method. Example proves that this device realizes accu- rate and real - time online inspection of electricity stealing and provides evidence of suspects to electric power in- spectors.
