摘　　要：在人文科学学理基础的探讨中,价值范畴和意义范畴往往存在着混用的现象。其实,二者的差异是不容忽视的,有必要进行仔细的辨析。首先,价值的把握、意义的澄明最终都需要追溯到世界整体观念。差异之处在于,价值问题的关键在于等级化的世界图景的建立,意义的产生则依赖一个万事万物内在关联着的世界。其次,在由事物世界向人文世界的提升中,价值和意义实际上展示出两个有着一定差异的方向。在价值的方面,这一提升是由实然到应然的提升。意义所展示的提升路向并不表现为由实然到应然的提升,而是由物理世界到精神世界的提升。第三,在人文世界与主体的联系方式方面,价值更多地体现出类似产品的现成性特征,意义则更多地体现出过程性、生成性的特征。价值和意义实不可相互替代,混为一谈。In the fundamental discussions on scientific principle in humane studies,there is a phenomenon of mixed use of value and significance.However,the difference between the two cannot be ignored,and the careful differentiating is necessary.Firstly,the grasp of the value and the clarity of significance require ultimately to the tracing to the world holism concept.The difference is that the key to the issue of value lies in the establishment of world view of ranks,while the emerging of significance relies on a world with all things interrelated.Secondly,in the elevation from the world of objects to that of humanity,value and significance actually demonstrate two directions with certain differences.In the aspect of value,such an elevation is that from existence to what should be.The elevation route shown by significance does not show the elevation from existence to what should be,but from physical world to spiritual world.And thirdly,in the aspect of linking mode between humane world and the principal,value is more embodied in features similar to the readiness of products,whereas significance is more embodied in the features of the processing and generating.Value and significance actually cannot be replaced by each other nor mixed up.
