摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定盐酸非那嗪奈的含量及有关物质。使用LiChroCART RP-18色谱柱,流动相为0.3%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调至pH7.0)-甲醇(37︰63),检测波长246nm。盐酸非那嗪奈与有关物质的分离度良好。线性范围为0.01~2 mg/ml,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.13%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of fenazinel dihydrochloride and its related substances. A LiChroCART RP-18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.3% triethylamine (adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid)-methanol (37 : 63) at the detection wavelength of 246 nm. Fenazinel dihydrochloride and its related substances were separated successfully. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.01 - 2 mg/ml. The average recovery was 100.1%, with RSD of 0.13 %.
