摘　　要：构建和谐的学习型寝室最终要以班上学生群体的和谐为基础,因此和谐的班集体内部人际关系的构建尤为重要。大学生群体内部和谐人际关系的建立,主要通过同学的交流和沟通、相互学习、团结互助、相互尊重、诚实守信,实现人际关系和谐。The construction of harmonious and study dormitory is ultimately built on the harmonious students＇ group in the class, so the construction of the harmonious class collective internal interpersonal relationship is particularly important. The establishment of interior harmonious interpersonal relationships in College Students group mainly through their exchanges and communication, mutual learning, mutual respect, solidarity, honesty and trustworthiness, which realize the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
