电调带通滤波器性能测量、温度实验自动化研究

摘  要:在研究YIG调谐带通滤波器参数定义标准的基础上,编制了测量软件。对电调过程是否影响测量结果准确的一些技术问题,用软件进行了对比性研究,进一步改进软件。对测量结果误差进行了研究和分析。该自动测量软件测量结果准确可靠,重复测量误差小,快捷方便。在此基础上实现了温度实验的自动控制、无人值守地全部参数的自动测量。给出了多种参数随温度变化的测量结果。The automatic measuring software has been edited and translated on the foundation studying definition standard of the parameters for YIG tuned bandpass filter. The some technique problems for electricity tuned process whether the influence measures result accurate have been studied contrastively, using the software,and the software has been improved further.The error of measuring result has been researched with analytic method.The results measured by this automatic measure software are accurate and dependable,the repetition measured error is small,and the measured work is fast and convenience.On this foundation the automatic controlled temperature experiment and the automatic measured all parameters has been realized,and Doing not need the person interferes.The measured results of the various parameters with the temperature change have been gave.
