旋流再生旧砂循环使用新装备的研发

摘　　要：为了解决旧砂循环使用的问题,研究了以旋流再生旧砂创新工艺,将砂群分散成旋转的砂粒,使砂粒与砂粒、砂粒与螺旋叶片之间产生强烈的摩擦与搓研,将砂粒上包裹的粘结剂薄膜及污物清除,并开发出综合再生新工艺流程：即低温烘干-强磁分离出有效粘土砂（用于造型）-双筒震动破碎初再生-多级多排旋流再生-震动筛除细粒粉尘-获净化再生砂,使再生后的旧砂达近于新砂含泥量水平（0.3%~0.5%）,且较新砂光滑圆整,可以用于制造有机粘结剂型芯,达到循环使用目的。此外,将粉尘加入冲天炉助燃,形成的炉渣制成渣粒、渣棉、附产品,将铸造推向零废物排放,绿色铸造之境。In order to solve the problems of the old sand recycle,the innovative process of rotational flow regenerating old sand was research,and sand groups were dispersed into rotating sand.The binder film and dirt wrapped on the sand were cleared through the strong friction between sand and helical blade and during sands.The new process of comprehensive recycle was developed： namely,low temperature drying-separate effective clay sand by magnet（for modeling）-binoculars vibration broken and early recycle-multi-level and multi-row rotational flow regeneration-vibrating screen clear the fine-grained dust-obtain the purify reclaimed sand.It nears to the clay content level of new sand（0.3% - 0.5%）,and more smooth and round than the newer sand.It can be used for manufacturing organic binder core,therefore,achieve the purpose of recycling.In addition,the slag was formed by putting dust into cupola for combustion,and can be made into slag particles,slag wool and auxiliary product.So waste zero discharge and green casting could be achieved.
