摘　　要：保护海洋生物资源和海洋自然环境的有效途径之一是建立海洋保护区。规划海洋保护区时尽量做到与海洋功能区划协调一致。本文首先分析了我国海洋保护区的建设现状,通过收集整理沿海各省海洋功能区划中划定的海洋保护区信息,对比分析海洋保护区建设现状与海洋功能区划中划定的保护区之间的空间关系。文章利用GIS技术分析省级海洋功能区划中划定的保护区与海洋保护区现状的空间一致性,得出海洋功能区划有利于协调全国海洋保护区总体布局,现行的省级海洋功能区划中海洋保护区的选划可满足海洋保护区建设需求。One of the effective ways of protecting ocean biological and natural environment is to set up ocean natural reserve. The planning of ocean reserve should be consistent with ocean function area to the greatest extent. This paper firstly analyses the status quo of the construction of ocean reserve in our country. Through the collection of ocean reserve information delimited in the ocean function area planning in coastal provinces, it analyses the spatial relationship between ocean reserve construction status quo and the ocean re- serve delimited in ocean function planning. This paper analyses the consistency between ocean reserve status quo and ocean reserve delimited in ocean function area planning, and reaches the conclusion that ocean function area planning can facilitate the rational dis- tribution of ocean reserve, and the current ocean reserve planning in ocean function planning can meet the requirement of ocean re- serve construction.
