摘　　要：本文报道一种应用单片机控制步进电机 ,并通过软轴驱动精密光学调整架的系统 ,应用该系统对激光器谐振腔的反射镜进行了自动控制。In the paper,the system is reported,in which single chip microcontroller is adopted to control the stepping motor,the linker between the stepping motor and the adjustable mount is cable.Mirrors of laser resonators were autocontroled using the system. -
