蒜皮贴补治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经显微镜下蒜皮贴补治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的优越性和使用性。方法在显微镜直视下对21例创伤性鼓膜穿孔患者进行蒜皮贴补治疗。结果 20例患者一次治愈,1例再次贴补,2个月复查全部愈合,治愈率100%。随访1年无复发。结论显微镜下贴补穿孔具有视野清晰,贴补准确,操作方便,患者痛苦小,可减少并发症,值得推广使用。Objective To evaluate Pasting compress with garlic membrane under a microscope,the treatment of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation of superiority and use.Methods Icroscope under direct vision in 21 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation in patients with Garlic membrane Pasting compress with treatment.Results 20patients once cured,1 patient re-Pasting compress 2 months,review all the healing,the cure rate was 100%.Follow-up of 1 year without recurrence.Conclusion Hole under a microscope,with a clear vision,Pasting compress accurate,easy to operate,the patient less pain,reduce complications and should be widely used.
