钝性吸脂针肿胀抽吸法治疗下肢血管脂肪瘤

摘　　要：目的:利用肿胀吸脂法治疗下肢血管脂肪瘤,观察其效果。方法:术前利用各种相关检查选择血管脂肪瘤患者患者2例,标记好瘤体的边界,在瘤体的外缘切开0.5cm的切口,使用肿胀麻醉法将瘤体及皮下注入肿胀液药后应用吸脂针将瘤体大部分吸出,瘤区加压包扎。结果:肿物区域外形改善明显,无出血,感染,脂肪栓塞等并发症。手术痕迹不明显。随访3～18月观察外形满意,无复发。病理检查结果显示吸出物主要为脂肪组织。结论:对于血管脂肪瘤,单纯的钝性吸脂针肿胀抽吸术是一种可选的有效手术方法。Purpose：To explore the surgury technique for treanment of lower limb angiolipoma .Methods After Careful inspection preop- erative ,2 patients with lower limb angiolipoma were include in this study.The angiolipoma was marked and the incision （about 0.5cm） was disigned on the edge of the angiolipoma.Then use tumescence tissue suction technique with blunt cannula inserting, the majority of the tumor was sucked.The region was pressure dressed for hemostasis at last. Results The lower limb contours was finely and no complications occurred such as hemostasisc ,infection and fat embolism.2 cases was cured with satisfied outline of unclear scar and there was no sign of recurrence at 18-month follow-up. Conclusion Tumescence tissue suction with blunt cannula inserting is a valid surgury technique for lower limb angiolipoma treament.
