摘　　要：目的:探讨红光治疗仪治疗创伤性湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将我院门诊2010年5月～2011年10月创伤性湿疹病例,均以创面为中心面积约3cm×3cm～20cm×20cm的湿疹面采取自体对照法,分为两部分,随机抽取,对照组为常规激素治疗,治疗组为红光治疗仪治疗,每次治疗7天为一疗程,观察创面愈合情况。结果:红光治疗仪治疗创伤性湿疹效果明显高于常规激素治疗,且安全性好。objective treatment of traumatic eczema red therapeutic efficacy and safety.
