布洛芬与对乙酰氨基酚治疗小儿高热临床效果对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨布洛芬和对乙酰氨基酚在临床退热中的临床疗效。方法:将352例高热患儿分为治疗组(176例)和对照组(176例),治疗组使用布洛芬治疗,对照组使用对乙酰氨基酚进行退热治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率高达94.80%,对照组的总有效率达到84.09%。结论:布洛芬在临床治疗效果、安全性、持续时间、服用途径等均优于对乙酰氨基酚。Objective This paper is mainly to study Bloven and acetaminophen in clinical antipyretic efficacy comparison. Methods 352 patients were divided into treatment group （176 cases using ibuprofen ） and 176cases in the control group （acetaminophen） for antipyretic therapy. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was as high as 94.80%, control group in the total efficiency rate was 84.09%. Conclusion Bloven in clinical use, its therapeutic effect, safety in use, duration, taking ways are better than acetaminophen.
