中药熏蒸配合关节松动术治疗肩关节僵硬的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节松动技术配合中药熏蒸对肩关节僵硬临床效果的影响。方法:对76例肩关节僵硬的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,然后进行康复评定。实验组患者进行肩关节松动配合中药熏蒸治疗,对照组只进行关节松动治疗;1个月后评定所有患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组:治愈23例,占60.5%;显效11例,占28.9%;好转3例,占7.9%;无效1例,占2.6%。对照组:治愈19例,占50.0%;显效9例,占23.7%;好转5例,占13.1%;无效5例,占13.1%。对比两组治疗结果,治疗组关节活动度(以下简称ROM)提高均大于对照组,VAS评分患者的疼痛减轻程度治疗组更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节松动技术配合中药熏蒸治疗肩关节僵硬的效果优于单纯的关节松动治疗。Objective To explore the joint mobilization techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the clinical effect of shoulder joint stiffness. Methods 76 cases of shoulder stiffness were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and then made the evaluation of rehabilitation.Patients in the experimental group recieved shoulder joint mobilization combining with herb fumigation, the control group recieved only joint mobilization therapy.After one month of course-treatment,made therapeutic effect-evaluation to all patients. Results The experimental group 23 cases were cured,accounting for 60.5%;11 cases were markedly effective,28.9% ;3 cases were improved, 7.9%;Invalid in 1 case,accounting for 2.6%.The control group of 19 cases were cured, accounting for 50%;9 cases were markedly effective, 23.7%;5 cases were improved,13.1%;Invalid in 5 case,accounting for 13.1%. Comparison of treatment results in two groups,the treatment group ROM increases were greater than the control group, the VAS score in patients with pain relieving degree of treatment group was more obvious, with statistically significant differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Joint mobilization techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of shoulder stiffness is better than the simple joint mobilization therapy.
