摘　　要：简要阐述了酒店式公寓的由来及发展,以孝义市梧桐新区青年创业服务中心为例,从几方面入手,探讨了酒店式公寓在特定地段、特定环境中的建筑设计特色,为今后酒店式公寓的设计指明了方向。With a brief description on the origin and development of hotel-style apartmem, taking new Wutong youth entrepreneurship service center in Xiaoyi city as an example, the paper explores the building design characteristies in special section and special environment of hotelstyle apartment, which has pointed out obvious direction for the design of hotel-style apartment.
