摘　　要：分析了当前大城市近郊出现的多业态混合居住小区成因及特征,结合大城市近郊多业态混合居住小区存在的问题,提出了规划设计策略,以期指导同类居住区的规划建设。The paper analyzes the reasons for the multi-industry residential complexes in suburban of big cities and their features, and points out some strategies for the planning and design by combining with the problems in those multi-industry residential complexes in suburban of big cities, so as to direct the planning and construction for similar residential complexes.
