摘　　要：采用AutoCAD软件建立挖泥船维修吊机销轴联接的三维实体有限元模型,导入ABAQUS软件后,通过施加载荷边界条件,针对四种典型工况,建立耳板内环与销轴构件之间的主一从接触对,对其进行静力学分析,对比分析计算结果,得出一系列结论,为吊机的整体设计提供了理论依据。Using the AutoCAD software to establish 3D entity element model of dredger repair crane axis pin connection, imported into ABAQUS software, through applying load boundary conditions, according to four typical working conditions, established one to one contact pairs between ear plate inner ring and axis pin component, made static analysis to it, through the comparative analysis on calculation results, obtained a series of conclusions, provided theoretical basis for crane overall design.
