摘 要:采用超弱发光图像探测系统对红背桂叶片及其它一些植物样品进行了延迟发光图像探测。结果表明,延迟发光与生物样品的种类及所处的代谢阶段有关,可提供植物光合作用、细胞分裂和能量转换的重要信息.叶绿素在植物延迟发光中起重要作用,但细胞分裂对延迟发光也有影响.植物经白光诱导后的发光衰减接近双曲线规律,与生物光子的相干理论相吻合.另外,实验结果也能较好地用双指数曲线拟合,表明延迟发光可能来源于植物细胞内两个不同的随机发光系统.Using an ultra-weak bioluminescent image detecting system, the delayed luminescent (DL) images of Excoecaria cochinchinnensis leaves and some other plant species are detected. The results show that the DL can offer the important information of photosynthesis, cell division and energy transformation of plant species. Chlorophyll plays an important role in the plant DL. However cell division also has some influence on DL. The measured photon count rate after light illumination can be approximated by a hyperbolic decay law, which supports coherence theory. Whereas, two-exponential law also accords with measured data, which shows that DL perhaps comes from two photosystems in plant cells and each of them gives a chaotic luminescence after induced by light.
