高等农业院校提升学生创新能力的对策研究——基于文化创新视角

摘　　要：本文从文化创新的角度入手,通过对17所高等农业院校创新能力、三农知识和职业意向的问卷调查,指出当前高等农业院校创新人才培养的瓶颈所在,并基于实证研究提出以创新校园文化,构建创新文化氛围等角度提升高等农业院校学生创新能力的主要途径。Studying from the perspective of cultural innovation, in accordance with the investigation of 17 agricultural universities from such aspects as innovative ability, agricultural knowledge and career intention, this paper point outs the problems of cultivating innovative talents in higher agricultural universities. Based on the investigation, suggestions such as innovating campus culture, constructing innovation culture were given as the main methods to improve agricultural students＇ innovative ability.
