摘　　要：改革开放和经济全球化,使我国呈现多元文化的态势。尊重包容各国各民族的优秀传统文化以及现代文化,加强各国各民族文化间的交流和互补,有利于促进世界各民族文化的共同繁荣进步,增进合作发展。高校是文化传承和创新的重要场所,是各种文化思潮相互激荡的前沿,正确分析理解多元文化,坚持我国主流文化形态,借鉴吸收多元文化有助于构建大学生人文精神的培育机制。The reform and opening policy and economic globalization makes multi-culture trend in China. To respect excellent traditional and modern culture of other countries and nationalities and to enhance exchanges and complementation helps to promote the mutual development of world culture and strengthen cooperative development. The college is an important place for cultural inheritance and innovation, as well as the leading edge of cultural conflict, so a correct understanding of multi-culture and a firm insistence of China＇s mainstream cultural type can help to construct the mechanism for college students＇ humanistic spirit euhivation.
