摘  要:将迈克尔·波特的"钻石模型"分析范式引入国内各区域建筑产业的分析中,并加以适当调整,构建了建筑产业竞争优势评价指标体系和TOPSIS评价模型,并采用因子分析法定量而客观地确定各指标的权重。利用2006~2009年我国建筑业的大量统计数据,运用因子分析法计算出了评价指标权重,并予以排序。进而以我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)建筑产业在"十一五"始末(2006,2009年和2010年)的年度统计数据和该评价指标权重为基础,运用TOPSIS模型评价了各省(直辖市、自治区)建筑产业综合竞争优势,并进行分级和排序。根据评价结果有针对性地提出了相应的改善建议。It is essential for the governments and researchers to have a good knowledge of the competitiveness of regional construction industry, through competitive advantage evaluation, while formulating development plans. Both the establishment of index system and the selection of assessment model are primarily keys in evaluating the competitiveness of China's construction industry. This paper applies Michael Potter's diamond model into this assessment. The evaluation index system of competitive advantage of the construction industry is constructed and the TOPSIS model is selected via determining the indicator weights by factor analysis, which is done through quantitatively and objectively calculating the weights of competitiveness assessment indicator system on a basis of annual statistical data of 31 provincial construction industries in China between 2005 and 2009. Then those data of 2006, 2009 and 2010 and the weights determined are involved in the TOPSIS model to evaluate the competitive advantage of regional construction industry. The results indicate that the unbalance of Chinese construction industry is severe to some extent, and suggestions are given.
