摘 要:利用纳滤膜对海水淡化副产浓海水进行了纳滤软化试验,考察了操作压力、进水流量及盐度对膜通量和浓海水中主要离子截留效果的影响。结果表明,增大操作压力,膜通量呈线性增大趋势,离子截留率先增大后趋于定值;提高进水流量,膜通量增大,离子截留率变化不大;随着进料盐度升高,膜通量和离子截留率均呈下降趋势。在操作压力为1.2MPa、进水体积流量为300L/h条件下,浓海水含盐量为66.8g/L时,对K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-、Cl-的截留率可达5.17%、-0.06%、58.41%、93.38%、100%、9.67%,NaCl的回收率可达54.32%,从而达到了软化浓海水的目的,为浓海水制盐提供了优质原料。The experiments of the concentrated seawater softening were carried out by commercial nanofiltration membrane.The influences of pressure,flow rate and salinity on the membrane flux and the rejection of main ions in concentrated seawater were investigated.The results showed that the membrane flux presented linear increase with the rise of pressure,and the ion rejection increased at first,then approached to a definite value;the membrane flux rose with the increase of the inflow rate,but the ion rejection had little change;the membrane flux and the ion rejection decreased with the increase of the salinity.Under the conditions of 1.2 MPa and 300 L/h,the ion rejections of K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,SO42-and Cl-were 5.17%,-0.06%,58.41%,93.38%,100% and 9.67% respectively,and the recovery rate of NaCl was up to 54.32% based on the permeation solution.Therefore,nanofiltration membrane can be used to soften concentrated seawater and to provide high quality raw material for producing salt from concentrated seawater.
