摘 要:垃圾渗滤液是一种污染性强、难处理的有机废水,很难能由某一工艺单独处理达标排放。采用二级SBBR对城市晚期垃圾填埋场渗滤液进行预处理,从而可减轻对后续工艺的负荷。分析了水温、HRT、溶解氧和序批周期对SBBR处理效能的影响。结果表明,在常温20~30℃条件下,一级/二级SBBR反应器在HRT为8 d/4 d、溶解氧为2.0/2.5 mg/L、序批周期为6 h时,COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为48.11%、82.49%、67.04%和85.27%。并对生化出水有机污染物去除效果进行分析。结果表明,生化进水GS-MS检测出59种主要有机污染物,出水检测出43种有机物,SBBR工艺对醛酮类、酰胺类和羧酸类有机物有较好的去除效果,去除率分别为88.62%、82.84%和79.05%;对烷烃类去除效果不佳,去除率为13.09%。Leachate is a hard contaminated,refractory organic wastewater,which is difficult to deal with by a separate process.Therefore,this paper adopted two steps SBBR to pretreat the mature landfill leachate,and reduced the load on the follow-up process.The effect of SBBR processing performance of temperature,HRT,DO and sequencing bathe cycle on SBBR treatment performance were analyzed.The results showed that,under the 20~30 ℃,when the first step /second step SBBR's HRT was 8 d/4 d,DO was 2.0/2.5 mg/L,sequencing bathe cycle was 6 h,the average removal rates of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP were 48.11%,82.49%,67.04% and 85.27%,respectively,the removal characteristics of organic pollutants in water biological treatment was also analyzed.The results showed that,the GC-MS detected 59 kinds of main organic pollutants in water biological treatment,and detected 43 kinds organic pollutants in drain water.There was good organic pollutants removal by aldehydes and ketones,carboxylic acid and amide,the removal rates were 88.62%,82.84%,and 79.05%,respectively;the alkane removal was poor and the removal rate was 13.09%.
