摘  要:以超滤-反渗透为核心的双膜法技术处理皮革生产的综合废水。结果表明,超滤膜具有较强的抗污染能力,其过滤出水浊度<0.5 NTU,SDI值<3,完全能够满足RO的进水要求;RO产水COD<30 mg/L,电导率<500μS/cm,满足皮革生产工艺回用水质的要求,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。The ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis took as the core of double-membrane technology had been applied to the treatment of tannery wastewater.The results showed that the UF permeate satisfied all requirements of RO influent due to its high anti-pollution capacity,turbidity of less than 0.5 NTU and SDI of less than 3 which met the requirements of water quality for tannery manufacturing because its permeate COD was less than 30 mg/L and conductivity was less than 500 μS/cm.It had achieved good economic and social benefits.
