摘  要:以模拟体液为溶剂,无水氯化钙(CaCl2)和磷酸氢二钾(K2HPO4·3H2O)为原料,在37℃、近中性条件下合成了球形羟基磷灰石纳米粉体,整个反应过程无须调节pH。通过XRD、FE-SEM、FT-IR和TEM等手段对粉体进行表征,结果表明:合成的产物为直径在60~80 nm的球形羟基磷灰石纳米粉体,其颗粒由直径为15 nm左右的单晶组成,且该反应产物无须烧结处理。反应时间影响晶体的结晶性,反应1 min即可获得羟基磷灰石粉体,但结晶性较弱;而反应6 h后,结晶性明显增强。Using simulated body fluid (SBF) as solvent, CaC12 and K2HPO4·3H20 as raw materials, nano-sized spherical hy- droxyapatite (HA) powders have been synthesized in almost neutral solution at 37℃ without adjusting pH during the whole reaction.The powders were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, FT-IR, and TEM etc..Results showed that the synthesized pow- ders were nano-sized spherical hydroxyapatite with diameters between 60-80 nm, and that the particle was composed of sin- gle-crystals with the diameter of about 15 nm.Moreover, the product did not need sintering treatment.The reaction time was very important during the whole process.The HA can be synthesized in 1 min with poor crystallinity, but erystallinity became better with the reaction time increasing to 6 h.
