摘 要:通过分析智能电网新形势下继电保护应用软件面临的问题,提出继电保护一体化应用平台概念,并对该平台建设的数据管理机制与数据模型两大关键问题进行了详细论述。针对各项业务之间存在数据交互、依赖关系,且依赖数据的时效性不一致等情况,提出该分布式数据三维度管理机制。基于RDF扩展了继电保护各项应用的业务数据模型,并在此基础上建设了兼容IEC61970等智能电网国际标准的参数分布式维护、支持各类应用软件开发的分布式继电保护一体化应用平台。山东电网实际运行证明,该系统符合智能电网发展,具有较强的通用性和实用性,是提高劳动生产率、促进电网安全生产和管理现代化的有效手段。Relay protection software faces many problems with the rapid development of smart grid. To solve them, this paper puts forward the concept of relay protection integrated application platform. Two key issues of the platform, i.e., data management mechanism and data model, are discussed in detail. There are exchanges and dependencies between different kinds of data for various relay protection businesses. And the timeliness of the data is inconsistent. So a three-dimensional distributed data management mechanism is developed. Relay protection application data model extends on the basis of RDF. A distributed relay protection integrated application platform compatible with international standards of smart grid, such as IEC61970, is constructed. Actual operation in Shandong power grid proves that it has strong versatility and practicality and complies with the development of smart grid. Actual operation also proves that it is an effective means to improve labor productivity and promote the power grid safety production and management modernization.
