摘　　要：对国内外主流联合虚拟参考咨询系统的知识库构建与运作现状进行调研,并从知识库的基础构建、应用与服务、联合管理三个方面论述国内外现有参考咨询知识库的研究与应用现状,然后进一步从参考咨询服务的用户需求出发,对联合参考咨询知识库可能的发展趋势进行探讨。Through a study of the knowledge base of main collaborative virtual reference systems at home and abroad, the paper discusses the status of research and application of the knowledge base from its foundation construction, service and collaborative management. Meanwhile, from the perspective of user demand, the future trends of knowledge base of collaborative virtual reference systems are also addressed.
