摘 要:对比研究了低水化温升自密实高强混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,并利用水化温升测定仪测定了混凝土胶凝体系的水化温升,采用非接触式混凝土收缩变形测定仪测定了混凝土的自收缩。结果表明低水化温升自密实高强混凝土的工作性能较普通自密实高强混凝土优异;大幅降低水泥用量可以有效减小水化温升的速率和降低水化温升的峰值;低水化温升自密实高强混凝土的自收缩远低于试验对比组的普通自密实高强混凝土,且其优越性主要体现在初凝后200h内。In this study, workability workabilities and mechanical performances of self-compacting high- strength concrete with low hydration temperature rising were studied. The hydration temperature rising of cementitious system in concrete was tested by hydration temperature tester, and the autogenous shrinkage of concrete was determined by non-contact shrinkage device. Results show that the workability of self- compacting high-strength concrete with low hydration temperature rising is much better than ordinary self- compacting high-strength concrete; the rate of hydration temperature rising and the temperature peak can be reduced effectively via reducing cement dosage; the autogenous shrinkage of self-compacting high- strength concrete with low hydration temperature rising is far lower than the ordinary self-compacting high- strength concrete in test, and its advantages are mainly embodied in 200h after the initial setting.
