摘 要:南京河海大学水流试验大厅A区屋盖采用张弦桁架结构,结构主要由多榀桁架组成,桁架之间由支撑桁架、三角形支撑桁架串联,形成整体的张弦桁架结构。与常规的张弦桁架结构相比,其具有桁架跨度大、变形控制难、结构复杂的特点。通过对屋盖结构进行整体分析,控制张弦桁架的变形,提出了张弦桁架的张拉施工方案,包括各榀张弦桁架的张拉轴力和张拉顺序,并考虑了相邻桁架在张拉时的相互影响。分析研究表明,通过恰当的施工顺序,可以在张拉时,使相邻桁架的相互影响控制在允许的范围之内。The roof of water test hall at Hohai University in Nanjing is truss string structure, which contains some truss strings. And between these truss strings, there are some bracing trusses and triangle truss strings, so that the truss strings can form a integral structure. Contrast with conventional truss string structure, this roof has a larger span, is more difficult to control the deformation and is more complicated. Taking into account the analysis of the roof' s entirety and the deformation control of the truss strings, this paper has put forward a method to stretch the truss strings. And this paper proposes the value of stretching force and the stretching sequence of the truss strings, in the condition of interaction of the adjacent truss strings when they are stretched. According to the study, it is found that the interaction of the adjacent truss strings in a permitted level through a suitable sequence when stretching the truss strings can be controlled.
