摘 要:为揭示金叶白蜡的呈色机理,以白蜡为对照,对金叶白蜡叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷含量和叶色参数(L*、a*、b*)的年变化规律进行了测定分析,结果表明:(1)5-10月,各色素含量及比例发生变化,金叶白蜡和白蜡的叶绿素含量均表现出先升后降的趋势,入秋后两者的类胡萝卜素含量都逐渐升高。花色素苷的含量稳定,且保持在较低水平,对两者叶片的呈色影响不大。(2)金叶白蜡各色素含量都低于白蜡,但其类胡萝卜素的相对含量却高于白蜡;7月~8月,叶绿素含量不断升高,类胡萝卜素含量不断降低,分别与生长初期的含量达到极显著差异(P<0.01)。(3)叶色参数(L*、a*、b*)随着季节的变化发生波动,金叶白蜡b*值与类胡萝卜素含量呈极显著正相关性,与叶绿素含量呈极显著负相关性,L*值与叶绿素含量达到极显著负相关关系,与类胡萝卜素含量达到显著正相关关系。花色素苷与各参数均未达到显著相关性,叶片呈黄-绿-黄的变化趋势。白蜡叶绿素含量与L*值呈极显著正相关性,类胡萝卜素、花色素苷与各参数均未达到显著相关性,叶片呈绿-黄的变化趋势。In order to reveal the coloration mechanism of Fraxinus, in contrast to Fraxinus chinensis, Fraxinus was used to study chlorophyll content, carotenoid content, anthocyanin content and leafcolor parameter(L* , a* , b* ),in order to explore the seasonal change rules of leaf color parameter and pigment content of plant leaf. The results indicated that. (1) From May to October, pigment content and pigment ratio changed. Ch!orophyll contents of Fraxinus and Fraxinus chinensis were in an upward-downward trend. In autumn~ carotenoid contents ascen- ded gradually. Anthocyanin contents which were stable and kept at a low level in the year had not a significant effect on the changes of leaf color. (2)For Fraxinus chinensis, though all pig- ment contents were lower than Fraxinus chinensis, carotenoid relativecontent was higher than Fraxinus chinensis. So the leaf color kept yellow. From July to August, de scending carotenoid content and ascending chlorophyll content reached extremely significant difference (P〈0.01)with the contents in primary period, respectively. (3) Leaf color parameters (L* , a* , b* ) changed as the season changed. For Fraxinus, the b * -value was extremely significant positive correla tion with carotenoid content and extremely significant negative correlation and chlorophyll content, re spectively. The L* -value was significantly and positively correlated with carotenoid content and ex tremely significantly and negatively correlated with chlorophyll content respectively. There were not significant correlations between anthocyanin content and all leafcolor parameter. The change process of its leaf color was yellow-green-yellow. For Fraxinus chinensis, there was extremely significant posi tive correlation between L*-value and chlorophyll content. There were not significant correlations be tween carotenoid content, anthocyanin content and all leafcolor parameters. The change process of its leaf color was green-Tellow.
