摘  要:为解决植物组培对光环境的需求,依据组培苗对光的选择性吸收,突破传统的点、线光源局限,采用模块化阵列式设计理念,研制出由14R、6B、4W、1UV 1W LED组成5*5基元模块,再由若干个单元模块组成"LED阵列平面光源",其发射光谱与植物的选择性吸收光谱相匹配;采用涂覆低温红外高辐射材料的铝基顶齿散热器和轴流风扇结合的方式,降低大功率LED结温;本光源能够对光质、光强、光周期和工作方式进行动态调节。可专业用于组培育苗,并在光照培养箱、温室种植及植物工厂等方面进行科学研究和推广应用。To satisfy the demand for the light environment in plant tissue culture , the authors broke through the limitations of traditional point and line sources according to the characteristic of selective absorption from light of cultivated seedlings and adopting modular array design con- cept, and developed the 5 * 5 primitive module that composed by 14R,6B,4W,1UV 1W LED and then designed LED array light source based on numbers of primitive modules. The plane light source was found to have an emission spectrum matching with the selective absorption spectrum of plant. Combined with axial flow fan, aluminum addendum radiator coated low temperature, infrared and high-radiation material decreased the junction temperature of high power LED. This light source can dynamically adjust the quality, intensity, cycle of light and work mode, which can be used for professional seedling cultivation, researches and applications such as illumination incubator, greenhouse growth and plant factory.
