摘　　要：阿海水电站具有投资大、工期紧、技术相对复杂、施工干扰大等特点。为实现有效管理、有序建设,打造窗口工程,阿海水电站建设分公司结合工程特点,从体制、管理、技术、观念等方面进行了大胆创新实践,在工程建设管理中取得了显著成效。The construction of Ahai Hydropower Station Project is expensive in investment, tight in schedule, relative complex in technology and serious in construction interference. To achieve effective management and orderly construction, and to create a demonstrational project, the Ahai Hydropower Project Construction Branch Company implements innovations from institution, management, technologies and concepts after considering the characteristics of project. These innovations improve the management of project construction significantly.
