摘　　要：为降低工程成本,保证阿海水电站建设工程施工质量和施工进度,阿海水电站工程施工所使用的钢材、水泥、粉煤灰等主材均实行业主统供。针对阿海水电站工程实际情况以及市场环境等对统供材料的保供难点进行了深度分析,采取了一些保障材料供应的有效措施,满足了工程建设需要,提高了工程建设效益。为提高流域开发统供材料管理水平进行了探索。In order to reduce costs and ensure construction quality and schedule of Ahai Hydropower Station Project, the steel, cement and fly ash are supplied by the Owner of project. The difficulties in supplying materials by owner are analyzed based on project situation and market environment, and some measures are taken to secure the supply. The management of owner supplied material not only meets the requirement of construction and improves the construction benefits, hut also provide a practical study on improving the management of owner-supplied materials in the construction of hydropower projects.
