摘 要:针对主动式相干合成技术的相位存在实时控制难度大、不容易拓展等限制,研究了被动式相干合成技术。介绍和讨论了被动式相干合成技术的一个分支——相互注入式光纤激光器耦合阵列相干合成,重点介绍了该技术的最新发展,对具有代表性的研究方案进行了分析和对比,并提出了改进方法。进而利用噪声理论模型来研究相互注入式光纤激光器阵列的被动锁相机理,通过单元激光器噪声的随机过程进行建模,验证了各种因素对噪声的影响,并利用统计知识计算了系统噪声的随机过程,对系统的拓展性进行了预测。Considering active coherent combination has restriction on real-time controlling and expansion, researchers developed passive coherent combination technology. A branch of passive coherent combination technologies-mutual-injection coherent combination of fiber laser arrays was analyzed. The latest developments of mutual-injection coherent combination were introduced in this article and some typical schemes were analyzed and contrasted. Besides some improvements for these schemes were put forward. The mechanism of the phase-locking of mutual-injected fiber laser arrays could be studied based on Noise Theory Model. Noise Theory Model built through random process of noise could be verify the influences of different factors. The knowledge of statistics could used to compute the random process of noise and predict the results when the array consisted of more fiber lasers.
