摘 要:以通钢板石选矿厂作为二段磨矿循环负荷的磁选柱尾矿为试样,在实验室进行了不同操作参数下的离心机再选试验。当离心机给矿浓度为8%、转鼓转速为400 r/min、漂洗水量为3 L/min时,可以获得铁品位为66.98%、作业产率和作业回收率分别达68.88%和81.11%的精矿产品,说明采用离心机可以有效地从磁选柱尾矿中先分离出磁铁矿的单体和富连生体,从而达到减少二段球磨循环负荷、避免铁矿物过磨,进而提高铁精矿金属回收率的目的。Taking the tailings of column magnetic separator of two-stage grinding cycle load in Banshi Dressing Plant of Tongsteel as samples, the re-concentration experiments by the centrifuge separator was carried out under different operating parameters in the laboratory. The results show with the drum rotation speed of 400 r/min, water spry volume of 3 L/min and slurry density of 8% , the concentrate with grade of 66. 98% and recovery of 81.11% was achieved. It is therefore concluded that the centrifugal separator is efficient in re-concentrating the tailings. It can not only gets some parts of-pure mag- netite and rich aggregate in advance, but also decreasing the two-stage grinding cycle load to avoid the overgrinding of iron minerals, therefore the goal of increasing the metal recovery rate is achieved.
