摘 要:本试验选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡400只,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每重复20只。4个处理组分别饲喂含维生素E 20、50、100、150mg/kg的玉米豆粕型日粮,观察夏季高温环境下维生素E对肉仔鸡免疫器官指数、新城疫(ND)抗体效价及淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶阳性百分率的影响。结果表明:日粮添加20~150mg/kg维生素均能提高肉仔鸡夏季高温环境下的免疫机能,其中150mg/kg组脾脏、腔上囊及胸腺指数显著高于其余各组(P<0.05);150mg/kg组ND抗体水平、淋巴细胞阳性百分率均显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,150mg/kg为夏季肉仔鸡日粮维生素E的适宜添加量。To assess the effect s of vitamin E on broilers" immune performance including immune organ index, ND antibody titer and ANAE+ percentage in high temperature condition of summer, 400 1- day old AA broilers were randomly divided into four groups, and were feed 20, 50, 100, 150 mg/kg vitamin E, respectively. The experiment results showed the addition of vitamin E from 20 to 150 mg/kg improved broiler immune performance. The ND antibody titer, ANAE+ percentage and index of spleen, thymus and bursal of 150 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those of other groups (P〈0.05). Therefore, supplementing 150 mg/kg vitamin E in diet could improve the immune function of the broilers in this ex- perimental condition.
