摘  要:利用中心场向心原理,设计了一种新型脱硫除尘器——ZXS_(1-3)型涤气器,实现了除尘脱硫一体化,除尘效率达95%~98%,脱硫效率达70%~80%。其特点为结构独特、脱硫工艺流程完整,技术性能稳定,运行可靠,脱硫成本低,防腐蚀性能强,无二次污染。已广泛应用于工业锅炉和工业炉窑除尘脱硫。A new dedusting and desulfurization device-ZXS1.35 scrubber has been designed with the principle of centrifield centripetal vortex. It realized both functions of dedusting and desulfurization in one. The dedusting efficiency is 95 - 98%, and desulfurization efficiency is 70 - 80%. The device consisted not only particulate structure and full processing of desulfurization with stability performance but also has no secondary pollution with low running cost and high rotproofness. It has been widely applied to flue gas desulfurization.
