摘  要:为了获得翼型涡流发生器的抑垢特性,采用离线称重法,研究了在不同间距、不同攻角下三角翼、矩形翼、梯形翼三种翼型涡流发生器对CaCO_3污垢结垢量的变化。结果表明:翼型涡流发生器具有抑垢性,单位面积结垢量要少于光片;三种翼型中,具有较小迎流截面积的三角翼试片结垢量最少;攻角对抑垢性有影响,攻角30°布置翼的结垢域要少于攻角90°的翼;翼的排列间距对结垢量也有影响。In order to get the characteristic of restraining fouling of wing-type vortex generators, contrasting the change of CaCO3 fouling quantity by vortex generators of delta winglets, rectangular winglets and trapeze winglets in different distances and different attack angles with ofiqine weighing method. The result shows that: wing-type vortex generators have the characteristic of restraining fouling, and those fouling quantity in unit area is less than that on the test pieces with none; the fouling quantity of delta winglets is the least in all test pieces due to its smaller frontal surface; attack angle is a factor in restraining fouling, and the fouling quantity is less on the angle of attack 30° comparing with the angle of attack 90°; the fouling quantity is also influenced by the arrangement distance of winglets.
