摘 要:电网的网络重构本质上是一个以均衡支路载荷和降低网损为目的的多目标优化问题,其是地区电网实现节能调度的重要手段。为了在优化中同时考虑经济性和安全性2类目标,建立了考虑网损和载荷均衡的综合模型,推导了开、合环引起的降损和载荷均衡指标的变化量估算公式。设计了基于该估算公式的网络重构支路交换法,可应用于综合考虑降低网损和支路载荷均衡为目的的网络重构。该算法已初步应用于某地区电网,证明了该方法的有效性。In the essence the network reconfiguration is a multi-objective optimization problem with the purpose of loading equilibrium among branches and loss reduction, especially,it is an important measure to implement energy-saving dispatching in regional power networks.To simultaneously consider the two indices of economy and security during the optimization,a synthetic model that considers network loss and loading equilibrium is built and an estimation formula for the variations of loss reduction and loading equilibrium indices caused by opening or closing single loop is derived.Based on the derived formula,a fast branch exchange algorithm for network reconfiguration,which can be used in the network reconfiguration considering both loss reduction and loading equilibrium,is proposed.Results of primary application of the proposed algorithm in a certain regional network show that the proposed method is available.
