摘 要:线路布局和配电开关配置是配电网网架规划的2个主要方面,对网架的技术经济性和供电可靠性有重要影响。为此,建立了配电网线路与开关的多目标联合优化规划模型。利用Pareto最优理论,通过基于指定接线模式的个体初始化、单亲遗传操作和供电分区修正策略,提出了该模型的求解算法,实现了符合指定接线模式和满足分区供电要求的配电网线路开关联合优化规划。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。Line layout and switch configuration are two principal aspects in framework planning for distribution network,and they greatly impact on techno-economy of the framework and reliability of power supply.A multi-objective joint optimal planning model for line layout and switch configuration of distribution network is built,in which the optimization of economy and reliability are taken as objectives. Based on Pareto optimum theory and through individual initialization based on specified connection modes, partheno-genetic operation and correction strategy of power supply partitioning,the solving algorithm of the proposed model is put forward,and a joint optimal planning of line layout and switch configuration for distribution network,which conforms to specified connection modes and meets the requirement of partitioned power supply,is implemented.The availability of the proposed method is verified by simulation results of a typical example.
