对网球运动员皮纹特征的研究——以辽宁省网球运动员为例

摘　　要：基于运动员选材的科学原理,根据网球运动训练特性以及相关理论的实践要求,运用皮纹选材法对辽宁省82名专业网球运动员进行测试,并对其生理特性与发展特征进行研究。结果显示,辽宁省网球运动员整体心智水平较高,心肺功能较好,协调灵敏和速度素质达到优秀,但力量素质、耐力素质普遍较差。因此,在训练中应针对优势方面进行大力开发,而不足的方面进行有针对性的提高。This paper, based on scientific principle of talent identification, according to tennis training characteristics and practical requirements to their theory, and application of skin tex ture selection method, testes 82 elite tennis athletes in Liaoning province and studies on its physiological characteristics and development of depth, finds the problem and proposes counter measures. The result shows that the overall mental of tennis players in Liaoning province is quite high, cardiopulmonary function is better, coordinate sensitive quality and speed achieve excellence. However, the strength and endurance quality is poor. Therefore, training should ad dress the advantages development,and targeted to improve the inadequate aspect.
