摘 要:以政府历年研发经费和研发人员以及CSTPCD收录的国内期刊论文为数据源,本文在分析国家和地区研发投入及其发展历程与趋势基础上,探讨了国内论文生产的总体情况、地区与学科分布特点。发现我国研发投入与产出地区分布极不均衡,少数几个地区是我国的研发主力军,而许多地区的贡献或显示度则微乎其微。令人鼓舞的是,投入与产出差异在科学领先地区显示出逐渐缩小的趋势,标志着我国研发活动向均衡发展缓慢前行。我国国内论文的学科分布也很不均衡,医学和工程与技术类学科所占份额最高。在结论部分,本文就发现的问题和某些现象展进行了分析和讨论。Based on government R&D investment in terms of expenditure and personnel, as well as journal publications indexed by CSTPCD, a domestic database, this paper analyzes the development and trend of national and regional R&D investment, and explores national and regional situation, as well as discipline distribution in R&D activities. The study finds highly skewed distribution among regions in terms of R&D investment and output. A few regions play key roles in China's R&D activities, while majority regions contribute very few. Encouragingly, gaps among advanced regions are narrowing, which is a sign that China's R&D activities is striding slowly toward even development. Domestic publications among disciplines are also highly skewed: medical science, engineering and technology take the highest share. Problems and phenomenon found in the study are discussed in the end.
