辽宁、吉林、黑龙江大中型工业企业创新能力比较评价

摘　　要：从技术创新水平涵义出发,建立一套自主创新能力评价指标体系;并利用主成分分析法对辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省的大中型工业企业自主创新能力进行了比较评价。结果显示东北三省的大中型工业企业自主创新能力整体水平较为落后,且不同省份之间的差距比较大,辽宁表现最好,黑龙江次之,吉林则最差。Based on the theories of technology innovation level, the paper establishes a set of evaluation index system of in- dependent innovation ability by using principal component analysis method to evaluate the independent innovation ability of large and medium- sized industrial enterprises in Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang provinces comparatively. The results show that the large and medium - sized industrial enterprises＇independent innovation ability level of these three northeastern prov- inces is relatively weak, and the gap among them is very large, Liaoning province performs the best, Heilongjiang is the second and Jilin is the last.
