摘 要:为满足云制造对软件架构和开发工具支持的迫切需要,从抽象角度分析了面向服务架构、云计算和云制造三者之间的关系,指出云制造继承和扩展了前两者的服务模式;面对制造资源,融合面向服务架构与云计算,提出了面向云制造的服务架构;选用公众可免费方便获得的开源工具,构建了基于Eclipse平台的面向云制造服务集成开发环境;结合制造流程示例展现开发工具应用。通过示例研究表明,该集成开发环境具有良好的可伸缩性,能敏捷地应对云制造应用需求。To satisfy the demand of cloud manufacturing on software architecture and development tools,the relationships between Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA),cloud computing and cloud manufacturing were analyzed in an abstract way,and the first two's service modes were inherited and extended by cloud manufacturing.For manufacturing resource,the Service-Oriented Architecture for Cloud Manufacturing(SOA4CM) was proposed by integrating SOA with cloud computing.Free available open source tools were selected to set up Integrated Development Environment for SOA4CM(IDE-SOA4CM) based on Eclipse platform,and the development tools for IDE-SOA4CM were exemplified to demonstrate the application in manufacturing processes.Case study showed that the proposed IDE had good scalability and agilely responses to cloud manufacturing applications requirements.
