摘　　要：安徽省淮北地区是安徽省重要商品农业基地和国家级重要能源基地,既是水资源主管部门关注的水资源利用重点地区,也是政府部门关注的社会经济发展的重点地区。近10年来,由于人类活动的影响加剧和城市化进程的快速推进,水资源问题凸显,本文在分析当地水资源问题的基础上,提出适合当地的水资源开发利用建议。Northern Anhui is an important goods and agricultural base and a nation-level important source of energy base.It is not only an important water resources utilization area that water resources departments are concerned with,but also social and economic development key areas that government departments are concerned with.In recent 10 years,due to the impact of human activities,aggravated and rapid development of urbanization,water resources problems have pointed out based on an analysis of local water resources,this paper puts forward water resources exploitation and utilization suggestions.
