摘 要:农业洪涝易损性的研究对防灾抗灾具有重要的意义。借鉴相关研究成果,根据岩溶地区的地质地貌、水土流失等特点,构建评价指标体系和评价标准,借助改进熵权-集对分析方法,对贵州省9个地级市(州)农业洪涝灾害易损性进行分析,研究结果表明:贵阳、六盘水和毕节地区属于较高度易损性;遵义、安顺、黔南、黔西南、黔东南和铜仁地区为中度易损性。贵州省的农业洪涝灾害不容乐观。所建立的评价指标、标准以及评价评价结果符合实际,为岩溶地区农业洪涝灾害的抗灾防灾提供了决策参考。Research on the vulnerability of agricultural flood water logging disaster is of great significance to prevention and anti-disaster.According to related research results and the geological and geomorphic,soil erosion and other characteristics of karst areas,this paper constructs evaluation index system and evaluation standard,with the aid of the improved entropy weight-set pair analysis method,and an analysis is made of agricultural vulnerability of floods of nine regions in Guizhou Province,the results of the study show that: Guiyang,Liupanshui and Bijie have high vulnerability;Zunyi,Anshun,Southern Guizhou,southwest Guizhou,southeast Guizhou and Tongren region have moderate vulnerability,so the vulnerability of agricultural flood water logging disaster in Guizhou Province is not optimistic.The evaluation index,standards established and evaluation results were in agreement with actuality,serving as a reference for decision-making in agricultural flooding disaster prevention,anti-disaster in karst areas.
