高氧对新生大鼠肠道分泌片表达的影响

摘  要:目的研究高氧对新生大鼠肠道分泌片表达的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学和Weastern blotting检测高氧对新生大鼠肠黏膜分泌分泌片的影响。结果 SC染色可见正常肠组织肠上皮细胞浆内和膜上呈黄色阳性,高氧组染色明显加强。Weastern blotting结果显示高氧组SC OD值/β-actin OD值第14天是(0.919±0.060)、第21天是(0.934±0.044)。空气对照组SC OD值/β-actin OD值第14天是(0.702±0.032)、第21天是(0.704±0.022)。高氧组新生大鼠肠组织表达分泌片较空气对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论在持续高氧作用下新生大鼠肠黏膜分泌大量分泌片,这可能有利于维护肠道免疫屏障的完整。【Objective】 To study the changes of intestinal secretory component(SC) in neonatal rats by heperoxia.【Methods】 Intestinal secretory component in neonatal rat by inhaling hyperoxia and air were assayed by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting.【Results】 The result of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of SC in the cytoplasm and on the membranes of intestinal epithelial cells in hyperoxia group was remarkably enhanced than in the air-inhaling group.The result of Western blot showed that in hyperoxia group OD value of SC/OD value of β-actin was(0.919±0.060) at 14th day and(0.934±0.044) at 21st day.In air-inhaling group OD value of SC/OD value of β-actin was(0.702±0.032) at 14th day and(0.704±0.022) at 21st day.Relation rate of hyperoxia group was notably increased compared with relation rate of air-inhaling group in the 14th day and 21st day(P 0.01).【Conclusion】 A lot of intestinal secretory component was secreted in neonatal rats by heperoxia to maintain intestinal immunity barrier.
