摘　　要：应用检索Pubmed数据库检索系统,以"肿瘤干细胞"、"争议"等为关键词,检索1963年1月～2012年2月所有涉及肿瘤干细胞是否真正存在的文献。纳入标准:肿瘤干细胞的比例及肿瘤干细胞是否存在。符合要求并纳入分析的文献39篇。结论不同肿瘤中肿瘤干细胞所占比例差异很大,可能并非所有肿瘤都遵循肿瘤干细胞学说。The primary objective of this study is to review the debate in the field of cancer stem cells-are cancer stem cells real？ The PubMed database from Jan 1963 to Feb 2012 was filtered using the search terms ＂cancer stem cells,＂ ＂debate＂ or ＂existence,＂ and limited to English-language papers.39 studies were selected for analysis.The differences of frequencies of CSCs were observed within various cancer types.Some cancers follow a cancer stem cell model,others do not.
