摘  要:文章采用分段二次函数描述薄铝板淬火换热系数,并借助ABAQUS有限元软件进行温度场和应力-位移场模拟,得到换热系数和位移场的关系。基于试验所得翘曲位移反求换热系数,进行温度场和残余应力场模拟,并与用X射线衍射仪测得的残余应力试验结果进行对比,模拟值和试验测量值吻合良好,证明模拟方法可用有效。最后分析了薄铝板淬火残余应力产生机理和翘曲发生原因,得到了淬火残余应力的大小和分布规律。Sections 1 through 3 of the full paper explain the calculation mentioned in the title, which we believe is effective and whose core consists of: "For the quenching of the aluminum alloy thin plates, a piecewise quadric function used to describe the heat transfer coefficient was presented. Based on the description of the heat transfer coefficient above, we obtained the relationship between the heat transfer coefficient and the warping displacement u- sing the finite element software ABAQUS. Then we calculated the heat transfer coefficient with the experimental displacements. We, using the heat transfer coefficient above, obtained the quenching temperature field through simulation. Based on the temperature field, we simulated the residual stress field. Based on the simulation results, we obtained the magnitude and the distribution of the residual stress. " Table 2 presents both experimental and simulations results. The calculations results have been compared to the experiment results and they are in fairly good agreement. It proves that our calculation method is effective.
