摘  要:建立了考虑限流成本和潮流约束的风电准入容量非线性混合整数规划模型,研究了短路电流计算时,风电机群等值电抗的求取方法以及风电场并网参数和限流措施对节点阻抗修正矩阵的影响。引入免疫、稀释、变异等机制对PSO算法进行改进,得到了寻优效果更佳的MPSO算法,并与二分试探法联合求解最大并网风机群数。结合新英格兰10机39节点系统的仿真计算结果,证明了该方法有效可行。This paper establishes a nonlinear mixed integer programming model for maximum scale of wind farms considering constraints of current limiting cost and tide flow.Then for short-circuit current calculation,it probes into the calculation method for equivalent reactance of wind turbine group,as well as the effects of the wind farm grid-connection parameters and current-limiting measures on the node impedance modification matrix.PSO algorithm is improved by introducing immunization,dilution and variation mechanisms,formulating MPSO algorithm for the optimal effect and better solution to maximum grid-connected wind turbine group number by combining with dichotomy.The feasibility of this proposed method is verified by the simulation results of the 10-unit 39-node system of New England.
