摘　　要：在分析10 kV电能计量柜的现状及存在问题的基础上,介绍了设计的10 kV整体式电能计量柜的结构、一次接线方案、安全联锁装置及技术参数。传统更换TA高压熔丝方法有很多缺点,提出了一种不停电更换TA高压熔丝方案。最后给出了应用整体式电能计量柜前后的效益分析。Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of 10kV electric energy metering cabinet,this paper introduces its design factors,including structure,primary wiring scheme,interlock device and technical parameters.The traditional TA high-voltage fuse replacement method constitutes a lot of disadvantages,therefore this paper presents a design scheme for live-line replacement of TA high-voltage fuse.Finally,the benefits comparison is made between before and after the application of integrated electric energy metering cabinet.
